We stand by our charging cable and our service. If your purchase is not up to par, we absolutely want to help get you a replacement.
The quick warranty: All of our charging cables are made with care and covered for one year against manufacturing defects. Normal wear-and-tear do not qualify as defects.
Greek Lyfe Chargers Charging Cable Warranty:
Greek Lyfe Chargers, LLC's warranty obligations for Greek Lyfe Chargers charging cables you have purchased (the "Charging cables") are limited to the terms set forth in this document. Greek Lyfe Chargers warrants the Charging cables against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim with photo is received by Greek Lyfe Chargers within the Warranty Period will exchange the charging cable with a functionally equivalent new charging cable. If the charging cable is exchanged, the replacement charging cable becomes your property.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty applies only to the normal use of the charging cables, not normal wear and tear. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the charging cables.
Normal wear and tear of Charging cables use is not covered.
Charging cables that have been altered or modified are not covered, including those changes made due to improper or unauthorized repair.
