Shipping
All orders ship within 5-7 business days via USPS first class mail, subject to product availability and conference schedule. Custom orders ship within 3-4 weeks depending on the order quantity. Please confirm your shipping address before you submit your order to prevent delays or loss. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. No modifications to sizing or shipping can be made after orders are in queue and processing. Tracking information is emailed when orders have been shipped. Greek Lyfe is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments or packages. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or weather incidents.
Exchanges
Greek Lyfe does NOT accept returns but will accept exchanges. We also do not process cancellations under any circumstances. Please read the size chart provided if you have any questions regarding the fit of our apparel. If you receive an item and the sizing is not perfect, we will gladly exchange it for the right size; providing it’s in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value.
Greek Lyfe only accepts exchanges within 14 days of shipping. Exchanges must be received in their original, unworn, and unused condition. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for exchange. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original order number and the reason for the exchange. Please note that the purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
